WallStJobs.com is the definitive online recruitment resource for the financial services industry.
WallStJobs.com was launched in 1999 by financial services recruiters and banking & brokerage veterans. So we knew there was an opportunity to offer an evolved model of recruitment service. We sought to address the shortcomings of both online and traditional recruiting, while retaining the ideas that worked well. It’s a business plan far more detailed than simply adding a .com to our company name.

FOCUS – We focus specifically on the financial services industry in New York, Boston, Chicago, Washington DC, Tampa, Miami, Houston, Dallas, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
QUALITY – All of our online database applicants have been pre-screened by a financial services recruiter to ensure you are accessing a qualified talent pool.
Resumes are screened for related work experience, salary history, educational background, licenses, certifications and the applicant’s ability to work in their respective metro region. Only resumes that pass this review process are posted to the database along with a reviewer’s comment.
SERVICES
Online: You’ll have access to our searchable resume database, where every resume has been pre-screened by a staffing specialist with prior financial services recruitment experience. We also offer a job posting venue, where respondents to any job postings you list have been subjected to the same screening process.
Offline: WallStJobs.Classic - offers the same level of service provided by personnel agencies, at a discount to industry standard fees. We are able to achieve this by recruiting from within our database of over 75,000 applicants.
RELATIONSHIP – Our services feature the same type of personal relationship you would expect from a traditional personnel agency.
