As a Financial Services Representative, you will receive paid training and an attractive benefits package, including medical/dental, pension plan, 401K and tuition reimbursement. We are looking for candidates that meet our qualifications in any stage of their career, from Trainees to Senior Professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform prospecting activites, e.g., telephone and face-to-face methods to build client base
- Meet with business owners, human resource professionals, employees and individuals to acquire more clients
- Conduct needs analyses to determine clients financial and insurance needs
- Obtain licenses required to sell MetLife products, including: life insurance, disability insurance, annuities, mutual funds, and employee benefit programs
- Establish relationships with customers, sell MetLife products and close customer sales
- Service customer needs effectively
- Manage relationships with Home Office Headquarters, e.g. Underwriting
- PREVIOUS FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED
