Job Summary: Provides fee-based financial planning and advanced markets case design, investment portfolio design and analysis, insurance policy design assistance and support to an insurance and financial services sales agency. Provide direct service for top producers and training/support to trainees and others. Coordinates all training activities at assigned site. Provide technology assistance and support to agency, advisors, and associates. Provide back-up principal support to Director of Operations.
Functional Responsibilities: Implements technology support and training plan. Work with Director of Training and Managing Director to establish and implement training plan for the firm. Troubleshoots, assists, and provides support to agency personnel with hardware and software technology questions and issues. Prepares financial plans, investment analysis and advanced markets materials for top producers. Trains and assists other producers with same. Performs user maintenance; maintains an inventory of all office equipment; performs backup of LAN and system administration. Orders and installs laptops and desktop computers for all associates. Manages the use of office equipment for marketing purposes. Manages the call accounting system to track phone usage and cost. Performs other related duties as assigned or required.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Routine supervision of training activities. Back-up suitability supervision.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related. Superior computer and analytical skills. Knowledge of Naviplan, Morningstar, Insurance illustration systems, Advanced Market insurance concepts. Word, PowerPoint, Excel. Series 7, 66, CA Life and Disability - Series 24 within 3 months, CFP within 1 year.
