Job Description
TIAA- CREF is seeking a Product Delivery Consultant for its Denver, CO or Charlotte, NC office. The right individual will work with internal and external business partners on the implementation of business plans and strategies and is responsible for structuring interaction, communication, processes, and activities
Responsibilities:
Possess: Basic knowledge of the financial markets, products and services, including TIAA-CREF products and services, and the higher education industry
Advanced understanding of plan administration, plan design, plan provisions and product offerings.
Demonstrated relationship development, including proven sales or customer service track record.
Excellent analytical, strategic/advisory skills and understanding of consulting skills, necessary for product delivery.
Superior interpersonal and leadership skills.
Ability to lead, motivate and collaborate with associates at all levels throughout the organization
Excellent communication, negotiating, networking and listening skillsDemonstrated innovation and business acumen.
Clearly conveys information and ideas in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the information
Responsive and accountable Uncovers, communicates and answers questions concerning factual information accurately
Actively listens
Technology: Siebel, T2 Tracker, Omni Suite, Microsoft Suite of Applications, Excel, Access, GCM , Plan Rules , Omni trade, Sun guard Transfer Network
Qualifications
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent work experience.
At least 3-5 years of institutional/individual relationship management, financial sales or financial services customer service experience
Strong customer service skills
Basic understanding of process excellence
Ability to work independently and with internal business partners
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral)
Basic negotiation skills.
Advanced time management skills
Proficiency in a variety of software programs, including the Microsoft Office Suite required
Ability to influence others across the organization.
Series 7 and 63 registrations. (Required licensing within 6-8 months after the hire date.)
Requires resident state insurance license, and non-resident licenses for all states
